What personal information is being gathered by OAG?
Member Registration
When you start using products and services from OAG you may be required to provide your name, address, telephone number, email address, a unique login name, password, and password validation. This information is collected on the registration form for several reasons including: (i) personal identification; (ii) to complete air, car, and hotel reservations; (iii) to allow us to contact you for customer service, if necessary; (iv) to customize the content of our site to meet your specific needs; and (v) for e-notification purposes. In addition, your email address is collected to send you an email message confirming your new member registration and each reservation you transact online. As a member you will occasionally receive updates from us about special offers, new services, and other noteworthy news items. However, you may always decline to receive these email messages. Member Profile
Members can choose to provide travel preferences, credit card billing information, ticket delivery address, travel agency preference and other personal information. This information is primarily used to assist members in travel planning and booking without having to type in the same information repeatedly. For example, members can store their mobile device information so that we can notify them of flight schedule changes.

Newsletter and E-Notification
A newsletter and E-Notification features are optional benefits for you to be kept up to date with the latest travel news. The E-Notification feature allows members to receive updated flight information such as departure time and gate through a pager, email or phone. To receive these messages, OAG will collect your phone information, pager number, pin number, airline, and flight numbers.

How does OAG use my information?
OAG's primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you, our customer, with a customized experience. This includes personalization services, interactive communications, online shopping and many other types of services, most of which are completely free to you. In order to provide services free of charge, we display advertisements. By knowing a little about you, OAG is able to deliver more relevant advertisements and content, and therefore better service, to you.

OAG does research on our users' demographics, interests, and behavior based on the information provided to us upon registration, during a promotion, from our server log files or from surveys. We do this to better understand and serve our users. This research is compiled and analyzed on an aggregated basis. At no point are our users' personal identification information attributed to this research. OAG follows the various Codes of Conduct concerning market research practices. OAG may share this aggregated data with advertisers or business partners.

Who will the information be shared with?
When you reserve or purchase travel services through OAG, we provide information about you to the airline, car rental agency, hotel, travel agency or other involved third party to ensure the successful fulfillment of your travel arrangements.

Occasionally, OAG will hire a third party to act on our behalf for projects such as market research surveys and contest entry processing and will provide information to these third parties specifically for use in connection with these projects. The information we provide to such third parties is protected by a confidentiality agreement and is to be used solely for completing the specific project. We partner with another party to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

OAG does not share your email address or telephone number with anyone outside of the company.

You may edit your OAG Account Information and your public OAG Profile at any time by using your OAG ID and password.

OAG strives to ensure that the information we obtain and use about customers is accurate. To that end, we strive to verify that our customer records are correct.

We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. OAG will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email. Also remember to sign out of your OAG account and close your browser window when you have finished your work. This is to ensure that others cannot access your personal information and correspondence if you share a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place like a library or Internet cafe.

As a global company OAG has international sites and users all over the world.
