1. PROMOTION TIMING: Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. E.T. on Wednesday, April 5, 2006 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. E.T. on Thursday, May 4, 2006.  

2. HOW TO ENTER: You will be automatically entered when you purchase the Mileage Pro book at https://safe.oag.com/cart/OAGAddItemToShoppingCart.do?regionCode=USA&subscriptionDefId=7619&country=US and fill in all required entry information or when you call 1-800-DIALOAG. You may also enter without any purchase by sending a 3 ½” x 5” postcard containing your hand-printed name, address, city, state or province, zip and country and mailing it to the attention of: Lisa Davis, OAG Worldwide Inc., 3025 Highland Parkway, Suite 200, Downers Grove, Illinois 60515 Limit one entry per person. No mechanically reproduced, facsimile or computer-generated mail-in entries allowed. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than May 4, 2006. Use of computer programs and other automatic means to enter sweepstakes is prohibited. Entries must be complete to be eligible. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service will apply.

3. RANDOM DRAWING:  This sweepstakes will have 2 random drawings for one (1) of each of two (2) pieces of luggage. There will be one winner for each piece of luggage. The entrants selected as the potential winners of each piece of luggage must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. Potential winners will be selected in two (2) random drawings on or about May 15, 2006 from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by a representative of OAG, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by e-mail/mail within fifteen (15) days of the drawings.

4. PRIZES: Two (2) winners will each receive a piece of Briggs & Riley luggage. The first piece of luggage to be awarded will be a Briggs & Riley 20-inch Upright Business Traveler with a retail value of $369.00 USD. The second piece of luggage to be awarded will be a Briggs & Riley Compact Rolling Case with a retail value of $259.00 USD. Prizes are nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsor in the event that the prize cannot be awarded for any reason, in which case, Sponsor will award a prize of equal or greater value. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of winner, if applicable.

5. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to U.S. residents (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories and Possessions) and Canadian residents (excluding the Province of Quebec), who are of the age of majority in their state/province of residence as of date of entry. Randy Petersen, Tim Winship and employees of Randy Petersen, Tim Winship and Sponsor, the Sponsor's parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies and agents and the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents) of each such employees, and all those with whom such employees are domiciled, are NOT eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories and Possessions, the Province of Quebec, anywhere outside of the U.S. and Canada and where prohibited or restricted by law. Subject to all federal, state, local, municipal and provincial laws. This sweepstakes is governed by United States laws. Winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility/compliance with the Official Rules within seven (7) days of notification attempt or an alternate winner may be selected.

6. GENERAL RULES:  If prize or prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.  By accepting the prize, winner agrees that the Sponsor and those acting under the Sponsor's authority, may use winner's name, picture/portrait likeness and/or voice, for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. If winner is a Canadian resident, he/she must answer unaided an arithmetic skill-testing question as a condition to receiving the prize. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of the sponsor's officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by winner for any liability for any injury, loss or damages of any kind to persons, including death, and property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in this sweepstakes or participation in any sweepstakes or prize-related activity. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and none will be returned. In the event of a dispute, entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and award prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation or termination. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
